Prestige Cleaners always provides great service. The fast courteous help at the counter, or when calling about an invoice, dropping off cushions or a reminder about item pick-up. We took a Pottery Barn rug to be cleaned. I’m giving two stars because it is now clean but also ruined.. It is stretched with permanent buckling and several depressions where they hung it up.. I chose Prestige because they are close to home and offered the same service and price as a rug company that only cleans rugs in Knoxville. I should have made the trip. If you need a rug cleaned go to a rug professional.

I brought maybe 6-7 suits plus 20-25 white shirts in. I ask to press/crease the pants, suit lapels, and sleeves in the shirts. I was told that is included. I picked up my order and NOT 1 of the shirts had the sleeves pressed/creased, NOT 1 of the suit jacket lapels where pressed/creased, and my pants were only creased half way up the legs. The name prestige should set your business apart from others but apparently it doesn’t. Very disappointed. We use to come there but changed for several reasons but decided to return. I guess that was not a good decision.

Very well organized. As soon as I left my cleaning I got a email receipt, then when cleaning was finished I received an email saying my cleaning was ready. The lady at the counter while dropping off cleaning and picking it up was very courteous.

I've used Prestige for many years. Sadly, I think their process and customer service have taken a step or two backward. On three separate occasions over the past three years, I've had shirts ruined because of some kind of solution that has splashed on them, creating bleached or color spots. On top of that, they have a couple of customer service people who aren't truly customer oriented. I had experienced neither of these issues prior. It's been a solid business. Maybe I have just been unlucky.

Never paid >$300 for cleaning before but these folks got stains out that I didn’t expect. Amanda and Louis were wonderful advisors and wanted to make sure that I understood that the stains might not come out. Many of them did and I was very satisfied with the results. Outstanding customer service!

I have been going to them for years. They do an amazing job, only reason why I’m given them a 4 star instead of a 5 it’s because of prices. I thought they were extremely high.
I realize pricing will not stay the same and things have gone up tremendously, but just be aware that you are going to pay a pretty penny for your dry cleaning. I guess it’s one of those things that businesses are not responsible if you can’t afford the service, lol, so I understand. Great staff, very professional, beautiful work. Thank you.

The absolute best! I brought in a leather bag with a huge stain and discoloration, and not quite sure if anyone could fix it. However, Prestige Cleaners went above and beyond my expectations! They were so kind and helpful every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for repairing my bag. I will definitely be recommending their services to my family and friends!

Place ruined the crease, my paints crease is literally on the side of my leg, 100$ paints from dillards, who can’t put a crease right, on top of that they charge a fortune, the most expensive cleaners I have ever been to, been all over the world, Kenya does a better job at a fraction of the price and don’t even have heating and cooled buildings. Rediculous, woke up to get dressed for trip, now have to find another outfit, payed 40$ for 2 shirts and one pair of paints. Roughly 40$. Avoid this pot at all cost.

I had two lined cotton blue and white Toile drapery panels hemmed 11inches shorter plus cleaned for first time in 20 years!!! They were cleaned to perfection, white was white again, no yellowing,

We’ve gone a couple times to the location off of Emory. First time, all was fine. Unfortunately this second time bringing clothes,
I did not hear from them on the day items were promised. Come to find out, it seems their non follow-up was due to one of my items being lost. No one reached out to tell us - we only found out when my husband went to check on our clothes a couple days after promised. They assured us they would find the item and follow up. That was over a week ago. Crickets. Sadly, this was a designer top that I’ve only gotten to wear once.
I’m concerned about bringing clothes there in the future.

My puppy damaged a pair of my pants near a front pocket! I was told that the lady who was to attempt to repair the pants would not be able to fix the damaged pocket! When I picked the pants up, they had repaired the damaged pocket better than I expected!
I was very surprised and pleased!

I don’t take clothes to the cleaner often but I had an upcoming wedding so needed some last minute shirts cleaned and starched. I stopped by the Powell location was assisted by Amanda both on the initial drop off and pickup. I needed the shirts by the next morning and she said that wasn’t a problem. She was pleasant and helpful on both occasions. While the shirts turned out good, in theory any cleaner could have done that but having great team members like Amanda makes all the difference. I would recommend the location in Powell because of Amanda. Great job!

Very pleased with the job the cleaners done on all my mother's Kasper dresses and jackets. She had spots to be removed around the collars on the jackets and necks of the dresses. Excellent job! The person that helped us was very friendly and courteous also.!

My experience this time wasn’t as good as previous times. I went to the Merchants Drive location still listed as open in Apple Maps and still using an active phone number stating the Merchants Drive address. When I arrived, however, it wasn’t there. I called the corporate office and spoke with an Amanda there. Amanda told me that the location closed in December and hung up. Clearly, she was inexperienced and didn’t know to refer me to another location even one just a few minutes away. I drove back to work almost an hour away, because I had a meeting to go to.
When I had time, I emailed their corporate office. I later called the Taggert location, speaking to another Amanda who was very helpful, learning that the Taggert location was only a few miles from the Merchants location.
I later got an email back from Jason Thurman and was told that they communicated every way they could about the closure of Merchants location and that the Taggert location was nearby. I screenshot shot their still active listing for Merchants on Apple Maps and sent it to him.
Crickets ….
When I dropped my clothing off, I was also given a receipt that said it would be ready for pickup at 6:00pm on Wednesday. I didn’t receive a text on Wednesday letting me know that it was available, so I texted them.

I called them mid-morning on Thursday after not hearing back from them and spoke with Amanda at the Taggert location again to learn that my dry cleaning was not done, but they were taking care of it at the time. She later called back to tell me that it was available for pickup, which I appreciated.
As of today, the Merchants location is still listed as an active business on Apple Maps.
It’s clear that Prestige is going through some changes and needs to get some things cleaned up, but my dry cleaning was still done well.
I know that I’m not the only one experiencing these inconveniences, but I hope everyone will bear with them, as I have, while they get back up to their previous standards.

Service was was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and I have no complaints about the quality of the cleaning. My only concern was the price! It was almost $50 to have my mother- of- the-groom dress cleaned. I wish I had been given an estimate when I dropped it off, but I should have asked. It was just way than I was expecting.

Prestige Cleaners is pricey, but the best always is. Their cleaning services are great, but I am most grateful for their cold storage of furs. In Knoxville, only Prestige offers this special service, and I am grateful that they agreed to assume that role for their customers when the sole cold storage furriers in the city retired. I highly recommend this business!

I had a massive stain on a jacket I needed before 8am the next day. Kim slammed my blazer out so fast, saving me from having to possibly buy another one, their same day service was phenomenal! Carl brokered the crisis over the phone and the two of them took a lot of stress off! From here moving forward their courtesy and professionalism has gained both my personal use as well as my businesses use. Highly recommend.

I called them the day before Christmas eve and ask them if they could have a soup ready by Christmas and it was at least 10 o’clock by this point in the morning and he told me if I could have it there in the next 15 to 30 minutes that they can do it I took it down there. They did it. They called me the next morning told me it was ready. I went and picked it up it was they actually told me they was gonna charge me 20% extra because of the rush which I was willing to pay, and then whenever we went and picked it up, it was very very, very reasonable and especially for it to be the time of year that it was and what they had to do to do it and it was it looks fantastic so I would urge anybody that needs anything done or anything planned This is the place to do it. They saved my stepson’s Christmas. I will never go anywhere else!!!

Prestige Cleaners did an excellent job on cleaning my curtains. They notified me when there was a problem & we quickly resolved it. I was notified by text when my curtains were ready. They even carried them to my car. If and when I need dry cleaning done again, I will use Prestige.

I took my cream colored zip up wool sweater to be dry cleaned. There were stains on the front that I pointed out when I dropped it off. I dropped by to pick it up when I was notified and the stains were still there. They said they would work on it more and let me know when it was ready. I went by after being notified again and this time it looked so much better. I wish it would have been taken care of the first time I dropped it off. I think it was cleaned differently the second time which is why it looked better. I am giving four stars because 99% of the stains were removed. I would have given five stars if it had been done that way to begin with. I will continue to give Prestige Cleaners my business.

Had a couple of items that required zippers and finishing. Could not find anyone to do it but Prestige did and in a timely manner. Our dtr had also used them. They were so nice! Found out they can do all sorts of things. We don't live close but will drive the distance to use them from now on.

Lesson for the day: Not all dry cleaners are the same.
I had used a product called Badge Magic to secure patches onto my son’s Boy Scout uniform. Now that he’s an adult I needed to remove patches from areas that are now supposed to be left patch-free, and the Badge Magic left a horrible, black adhesive residue behind. I first took it to Halls Cleaners and they were unable to remove it, and instead ended up making the adhesive worse as it spread to other areas of the shirt. I thought for sure I was just going to have to buy a new uniform shirt, which is expensive. As a last minute, what the heck decision, I decided to try Prestige Cleaners to see if they could remove it. I couldn’t believe what I saw when I picked it up a few days later. It looks brand new! I’m ecstatic!
