Dry Cleaning

Our Dry Cleaning Process

1. Garment Tagging

First, each item is tagged with an identification number along with a description of the brand, colors, size, and type of garment. This allows us to track your garments through the entire process and ensure a timely return.

2. Garment Inspection

Each garment is inspected for items left in pockets, rips, tears, holes, and damages.

3. Pre-treatment for Stains

Each garment is inspected for stains that will need to be addressed prior to and during the solvent-cleaning process. It’s helpful to let your Customer Service Representative know what caused the stains to get the best results from the stain removal process.

4. Machine Dry Cleaning

Garments are then separated out by type, color, and material then cleaned with a water-free chemical solvent program specific to the details of each garment.

5. Post Spotting

In the event that the stains are not removed during the first cleaning process they are returned to our professionally trained spotting team that use a combination of processes to remove the stain.

6. Finishing

After your garments are cleaned, they are finished using a combination of steam and pressing to provide a crisp clean finish. Garments then go through a final post inspection to ensure a quality product is returned to you.
